Built for the people who own Microsoft 365 cost, security and compliance

365TUNE gives finance and FinOps (cloud financial management) teams, IT leaders, administrators, and managed service providers the insights and tools to manage Microsoft 365 costs, security, and governance more effectively.

Whether you're optimizing license spend, reporting security risks, simplifying administration, or managing multiple customer tenants, 365TUNE helps turn Microsoft 365 data into clear priorities and actionable decisions.

Shared visibility. Clearer decisions.

Finance sees the costs. IT leaders see the risks. Administrators see what needs attention. MSPs gain visibility across customer tenants.

365TUNE brings these perspectives together to help teams manage Microsoft 365 with greater clarity and control.

Microsoft 365 management, tailored to your role

Stop guessing. Start optimizing.

Every day without cost visibility is another day of wasted budget. Most organizations find 20–30% of their Microsoft 365 license spend can be reclaimed (365TUNE research, 2026).

Frequently asked questions

Which page should I read first?

Start with the team that owns the budget question. If renewal or chargebacks are the issue, read the FinOps page. If the board wants one figure for risk and spend, read the IT leaders page. Admins and MSPs have their own pages too.

Do finance and IT see the same numbers?

Yes. Both work from the same tenant data. Finance sees spend and savings by cost center; IT sees the same figures beside the security score, so a budget meeting starts from one report instead of two spreadsheets.

What access does 365TUNE need to my tenant?

Reporting needs read-only access. Anything that writes, such as reclaiming a license or restoring a setting, asks for its own consent and only for the permissions that task needs. 365TUNE is ISO 27001 certified, has a SOC 2 Type II report and doesn’t use your data for training.

Can an MSP use 365TUNE for its customers?

Yes. MSPs see every customer tenant in one place, with each tenant’s score and savings. Read the MSP page, or the partner program for commercial terms.
